Joyplay Ltd is a privately owned UK based company with offices in London and Malta. We have very strong technical prowess with all our software developed in house. We own all the intellectual property for our products outright. Joyplay has been built from the ground up over the last 5 years and is 100% owned by founder and CEO James Adams.

We're currently seeking funding to capitalise on the unique opportunity we now have. Our desired amount is 1,500,000 Euros over 2 years based on an aggressive strategy to grab market share. We also have a more conservative strategy that requires 250,000 euros.

SocialBang.com is our primary focus. It's a unique next generation social network / chat room / online community that includes elements from dating, casual games and online casinos. It's a multi-lingual, mass market application that is already growing rapidly. We have an extensive and innovative marketing campaign planned that we'll begin once we receive funding.

We also own and operate Oneplay.com - which is a multiplayer gaming site we've built using our advanced multiplayer gaming platform we've developed over the last few years. All games are designed to be playable for money or free play although we're not accepting cash games at the moment but we may do so in the future.
This site is a demo site only and definitely not our primary focus but it still contains real value that we will utilise in the future.

Jademahjong.com & Starmahjong.com - Specifically target the Chinese Mahjong market although are not be utilised at this point in time.

We currently earn money from consultancy and from an existing licence we issued for our multiplayer gaming software but this is not a revenue stream we're focused on for the future.

Our costs are low and we can continue without funding, but investment will allow us to grab market share early.
